Also when in a position where one could choose either working as an employee or entrepreneur, the majority of those planning to become entrepreneurs would rather be employ- ees. Also one third of entrepreneurs would rather be employees. The main motivator for entrepre- neurship was better chances for work accommo- dations where two main perceived obstacles was benefit trap and problems in access to finance for business start-up. Compared to entrepreneurs, those planning entrepreneurial activity evalu- ated challenges more restricting where there was no group differences on evaluating the motiva- tors.
