INTANGIBLE VALUE / VALUE ADDED
Added value created by a com- pany in a product or service is economically signi cant if it is based on understanding the customer's needs and creates value for the customer.
Many qualities can create val- ue for the customer: durability, ethicality, aesthetic appear- ance, usability or some other personal need or value.
A successful business idea is about an insightful idea, and the speed to recognise the custom- er's needs and respond to them.
